  • Phone support from our doula team for prenatal support, early labor support, and early postpartum support

  • 2-hour Prenatal Planning Session at 36 weeks (birth planning with nursery walk-through; postpartum planning)

  • 24-hour on call availability beginning 2 weeks prior to and after your estimated due date

  • Virtual / phone support during early labor support before you arrive at your birthing location (no in-person support; we will give early labor tips and advise you when to head to the birthing location)

  • Unlimited phone support from our doula team from the time of hiring to 6 weeks postpartum

  • 24-hour on call availability beginning 2 weeks prior to and after your estimated due date

  • In-person labor support from the time you need us and immediate postpartum support following the birth

Postpartum Doula Support

Let us care for your newborn while you catch up on sleep!

Overnight fee $50/hour

Daytime fee $30/hour

Includes:

  • 1-hour in-person postpartum planning session to discuss postpartum sleep, feeding, and recovery goals prior to first shift

  • Nursery walk-through and home orientation prior to first shift

  • Light housework - baby laundry, washing and sterilizing bottles, pacifiers, and pump parts, changing baby bedding

  • Newborn diaper changing, burping, settling, putting baby to sleep, soothing, and feeding (Breastfeeding: we bring your baby to you when he/she is ready to eat. Bottle feeding: we bottle feed with your pumped milk (bringing you clean pump parts if needed to pump at night) or with baby formula)

  • Assistance with feeding, pumping, latch assistance

  • Helping baby get on a schedule using gentle sleep transitions to support their development
