Virtual phone support during early labor before you arrive at your birthing location (no in-person support; we will give early labor tips and advise you when to head to your birthing location)

Full Bloom Birth Package
This comprehensive package is designed to support you through every stage of your birth journey, providing education, guidance, and hands-on support. This package is perfect for families who want continuous, hands-on support, education, and guidance from pregnancy through the early postpartum period, helping you feel informed, confident, and cared for every step of the journey.

24-hour on call availability beginning 2 weeks prior to and after your estimated due date

Postpartum Doula Support
Rest easy while your little one is cared for overnight. This service provides hands-on support and guidance during the nighttime hours so you can get the rest you need. This service is ideal for parents seeking extra support and peace of mind during those first few weeks with your new babe.
Choose your shift either 10 pm - 6 am (8-hour shift) OR 10 pm - 8 am (10-hour shift).
Package Includes:
1-hour in-person postpartum planning session at 38 weeks (go over your postpartum sleep, feeding, and recovery goals; nursery walk-through and home tour to get aquatinted with your home layout)
Light housework - baby laundry, washing and sterilizing bottles, pacifiers, and pump parts, changing baby bedding
Skilled newborn care - diaper changing (cloth or disposable), burping, settling, putting baby to sleep, soothing, and feeding all while you get the rest you need
*Breastfeeding: we bring your baby to you when he/she is ready to eat
*Bottle feeding: we bottle feed with your pumped milk or with baby formula (we will bring you clean, washed pump parts if pumping at night is part of your plan)Skilled lactation support to help with latching, pumping, breastfeeding positions, tips for trouble shooting common issues, and professional resources for further assistance
