Postpartum Doula Support Daytime

Our goal is to help you feel calm and supported as you transition into your home with your new baby, by providing an extra set of hands.

Daytime fee $30/hour ($10/hour added for twins)

Includes:

• 1-hour in-person postpartum planning session to discuss your unique postpartum goals related to you and baby’s sleep, feeding, and your recovery goals prior to first shift

• Nursery walk-through and home orientation prior to first shift

• Light housework - baby laundry, washing and sterilizing bottles, pacifiers, and pump parts, changing baby bedding

• Newborn diaper changing, burping, settling, putting baby to sleep, soothing, and feeding

• Light meal prep - prep of snacks for you or younger children at home

• Assistance with feeding, pumping, latch assistance

• Helping baby get on a schedule using gentle sleep transitions to support their development

• Assist with acclimating your older children to their new sibling or helping settle and get newborn down for a nap while you spend quality time with your older children

• Provide care for your newborn while you nap or shower
